YEN.com.gh earlier reported that Menzgold Ghana Limited had extended the suspension of its gold vault operations and dividend payment to September 28 after it had set an earlier date of September 19.

However, Ibrah One, noted to be one of Ghana’s youngest millionaires, has waded into the saga involving the gold hub, its CEO, Security Exchange Commission (SEC) and investors of Menzgold.

Ibrah One took to Snapchat to comment on the issue and revealed that Nana Appiah Mensah, affectionately called NAM 1, had used investors’ monies on musicians and actors who had not acted in years.

One of his posts read, “Investing most of those deposits on musicians and seasonal actors who haven’t acted in years.”

Ibrah One made the comment after he shared a reported to be coming from Member of Parliament for Assin Central, Hon. Kennedy Agyapong who claimed investors had allowed a ‘small’ boy to deceive them.

The young millionaire went on to assert the fact that lawyers could not help salvage the situation because the earlier deadline they gave to their customers was less than 24-hours away and there was still no hope in sight. “You promised that you would resume business on the 19th of September which is tomorrow. Okay, let’s see how that promise holds…even lawyers from heaven can’t help you. #TalkisCheap”, Ibrah One wrote.

Ibrah One also lamented the number of high-profiled personalities who had their monies invested with Menzgold and added that all the top people who many considered ‘highly-educated, had fallen for a scam.

“Highly educated individuals including lawyers, politicians, Members of Parliament, doctors and others fell for the scam. #Smartmove,” Ibrah One added.

The young millionaire noted for his flashy cars tied the knot with his long-time girlfriend, Dija Labelle in a private ceremony recently.

Ibrah made headlines sometime back when he was reported to have been involved in a money deal that had subsequently gone bad. He was seen in a video firing a gun in his bedroom and cursing all those he believed were the saboteurs who wanted to bring him down.

The young millionaire caught the attention of many Ghanaians when he was seen in a video on his birthday, giving out brand new iPhones to some occupants of a commercial bus popularly known as ‘trotro’.
